Welcome to MailMyTaxes™. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description

MailMyTaxes™ provides a secure platform for mailing tax documents and related correspondence. Our services include:

  • Secure printing and mailing of tax documents including all forms, attachments, elections, and other related documents that can be mailed to the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and state tax authorities
  • Tracking and delivery confirmation of tax mails
  • A Tax address finder to determine where to mail your tax documents (currently in beta)

2.1 Important Notes

  • We are not affiliated with the IRS or any other government agency
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of the tax forms provided by the user
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the user
  • We do not provide Tax Preparation services

3. User Obligations

3.1 Proper Use

  • Provide accurate and complete tax documents and information
  • Comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations
  • Use the service only for legitimate purposes

4. Privacy & Security

We take your privacy seriously. Our security measures include:

  • End-to-end encryption for all tax documents and information
  • Secure physical handling protocols
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Strict access controls

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees

  • All fees are charged in advance of service delivery
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice

5.2 Refunds

  • We unfortunately do not offer refunds.
  • In case of failed delivery, we will try to deliver again at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

  • Delivery times for physical mail as they are subject to the postal service.
  • The accuracy of the information provided by the user.
  • The accuracy of the tax forms provided by the user.

6.1 Disclaimer

Documents submitted before 3:00 PM EST are guaranteed to be postmarked on the same business day. Submissions after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. On April 15th (tax day), we provide extended processing hours and utilize USPS secure drop boxes to accommodate late submissions, though same-day postmarking cannot be guaranteed for submissions after 3:00 PM EST, especially with the high volume of mail.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time and without notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
